Starting Wednesday, October 15, a $3.95 transaction fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions. The only exception is online Court, where customers will continue to pay credit card and transaction processing fees directly. 

An alternate free option is automatic bank drafts, which guarantees payments are made on time without worrying about due dates. Other options include paying in cash, by check, or with a money order. 

If you are currently on debit/credit card draft you will need to remove this. UB staff is unable to do that from our end and we can't add bank draft if you are currently on debit/credit card autopay. After logging in to Municipal Online, go to "manage auto pay" and then click button that says cancel autopay.  To sign up for automatic bank drafts, fill out the Bank Draft Authorization Form and send it back along with a voided check or bank verification letter to the Haltom City Utility Billing Department at City Hall.
