***WHEN SUBMITTING A CARD PAYMENT, THE ZIP CODE YOU ENTER MUST MATCH THE BILLING ZIP CODE ON FILE WITH THE CARD ISSUER.  PAYMENTS WITH MISMATCHED ZIP CODE WILL BE DECLINED.  ( A SECURITY UPDATE NOW REQUIRES THIS AS OF JUNE 15, 2026!  **THE CARD ON FILE MAY NOT NECESSARILY MATCH YOUR SERVICE ADDRESS. 

Starting Monday, December 1, a $2.50 fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions. The only exception is online Court payments, where customers will continue to pay credit and debit fees directly.

The City offers several ways for customers to avoid credit and debit card fees. Utility Billing customers can enroll in automatic bank drafts, a convenient option that removes extra fees and guarantees payments are made on time without worrying about due dates. Other options include paying in cash, by check, or with a money order.
